Summary

During MLB All-Star Week in Seattle, Sage hosted a star-studded executive event high above the city on the 18th floor of the Avalara Hawk Tower—overlooking Lumen Field and surrounded by the energy of the week’s festivities. TEP partnered with sports marketing agency CSM to deliver a premium, end-to-end AV experience that supported both indoor and outdoor environments, ensuring guests enjoyed a polished, seamless event from arrival to close.

Goals

  • Deliver a premium executive guest experience during a high-visibility MLB All-Star Week moment.

  • Ensure strong intelligibility, coverage, and visuals across a complex venue footprint.

Our Role

TEP served as AV production partner for Sage’s MLB All-Star Week event, working alongside CSM to plan and execute a cohesive indoor/outdoor production. We provided staging, audio, and screens across the event footprint, coordinated technical setup and show operation, and ensured every element was supported with detail-oriented execution throughout the event.
