Summary
TEDxUofW 2024 brought bold ideas to the stage at Kane Hall, uniting student leaders, speakers, and a passionate audience for a day of inspiration and storytelling. TEP partnered with the TEDxUofW team to deliver precise, broadcast-quality video production—ensuring every talk was captured, edited, and delivered to the standards the TEDx platform demands.
From rehearsals through final delivery, our team focused on accuracy, consistency, and storytelling—so each idea could live beyond the room and reach a wider audience.

Our Role
TEP served as the full video production partner for TEDxUofW 2024, leading planning, rehearsals, live operation, and post-production. We designed and operated a multi-camera 4K workflow, managed live switching and real-time editing, supported speakers during rehearsals, and handled post-event editing and delivery—providing continuity and confidence from first setup through final export.
