TEP partnered with AAA Washington to transform the activation footprint into a high-impact environment where community, technology, and team spirit collided—engaging fans before, during, and after kickoff.

From load-in to strike, TEP delivered full production support, integrating large-scale video, live audio, and digital engagement zones into a seamless experience that amplified the excitement of game day and positioned AAA Washington at the center of the fan experience.

Our Role

TEP served as production partner for AAA Washington’s Apple Cup 2024 activation, managing planning, logistics, and onsite execution. Our team handled AV system deployment, live audio engineering, digital display integration, and onsite technical support—coordinating closely with stadium operations to deliver a seamless, fan-ready experience from setup through strike.
