For the third year, TEP was involved in producing Redfin’s annual Redferno all-hands company conference for over 5000 total people.
2023 was an incredible 4-city / 4-day roadshow in the following cities:
- Jan 10 — Washington DC
- Jan 11 — New Orleans
- Jan 12 — Palm Springs
- Jan 13 — Seattle
This super-tight production schedule was orchestrated with finesse and expert execution. Our team coordinated all aspects of the audiovisual program, selected the partner vendor Staging Techniques, and worked with them to pull off this stunning feat.
TEP employed the most significant documentation trail in our history. We curated the Run of Show for all cities, collected and QC’d Content into discrete Asset Lists, a multidimensional Production Schedule, Venue Advance docs, Presenter Flight Trackers, Ground Plans, Recordings, and a Live Stream.
This production took 5 months of dedicated planning from the TEP team.
