Artful Evening 2023 was a signature fundraising event for the Bellevue Arts Museum, bringing together patrons, artists, and supporters for an elegant evening in support of the museum’s mission. Hosted at The Westin Bellevue, the event combined live auction moments, program storytelling, and pre-function gathering spaces—requiring a production approach that was polished, flexible, and audience-focused.
TEP partnered closely with Bellevue Arts Museum, the event organizers, and auctioneer Matt Lorch to deliver a comprehensive, full-service AV production that supported the flow of the evening and elevated the guest experience from arrival through final gavel.

Our Role
TEP served as full-service AV production partner for Artful Evening 2023, supporting pre-production planning and onsite execution. We collaborated with event organizers, the auctioneer, and the MC to align technical needs with the program flow, deployed AV systems throughout the ballroom and pre-function areas, and operated the event onsite to ensure a seamless experience for guests and presenters alike.
