Eudēmonia 2024 was a pinnacle production for TEP—an ambitious, design-forward conference experience for forward-thinkers exploring how we work, lead, and live in a rapidly evolving world. Hosted at the Palm Beach County Convention Center, the event demanded more than reliable AV—it required full-spectrum production planning, disciplined execution, and a partner capable of building the entire technical ecosystem from the ground up.
TEP delivered end-to-end production for Eudēmonia 2024, sourcing specialized labor and equipment, coordinating local crews and logistics, developing renderings and ground plans, and executing show days with precision. The result was a cohesive, high-impact experience where the message landed clearly, the room flowed smoothly, and every technical detail supported the larger vision.

Our Role
TEP served as the full production partner for Eudēmonia 2024—owning planning, design, logistics, staffing, and onsite execution. We developed the technical approach and documentation, sourced equipment and specialist operators, coordinated local labor and vendors, and led the onsite team through load-in, rehearsals, show operation, and strike. From renderings and ground plans to show calling and troubleshooting, our team ensured the production ran confidently and the attendee experience stayed seamless.
