Summary
Alaska Airlines hosted two Milestone events inside a SeaTac airport hangar to celebrate employees marking 10–55 years with the company. An impressive recognition moment in a uniquely high-impact environment. In collaboration with SHW, TEP served as the Production Management partner, overseeing the technical program for lighting, video, and audio systems supporting the experience across the hangar footprint.
Working alongside trusted partners including NW Video Wall and Diversified, TEP helped deliver a polished, scalable production using an LED wall, distributed displays, robust audio reinforcement, and dynamic stage lighting, ensuring every message landed clearly and the celebration felt worthy of the people being honored.

Our Role
TEP served as Production Management partner for both Milestone events, leading the technical planning and coordination for lighting, video, and audio systems. We collaborated with SHW and multiple technical partners to design an integrated production approach, coordinate equipment and staffing, and support onsite setup and operation. Our team ensured all systems worked together as one cohesive show environment from control consoles through final cue execution.
