We collect only what helps us deliver services and improve the site.
- Contact & RFP info (when you submit a form): name, work email, phone, company, event details, dates, locations, budgets, files you upload.
- Communications: messages you send us (email, forms, chat) and our replies.
- Analytics & device data: pages viewed, links clicked, approximate location, browser/device type, referral source (via cookies, described below).
- Newsletter opt-in (optional): your preferences and unsubscribes.
- Vendor/partner details (B2B): contact names, roles, agreements, and project history.
We DO NOT intentionally collect sensitive personal information through the website.
How we use your information
- To respond to inquiries & RFPs and deliver proposals or services.
- To operate and improve the website, diagnose issues, and understand usage.
- To send updates you request (only if you opted in; you can unsubscribe anytime).
- To protect the site, prevent fraud/abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their independent marketing.

Tools & processors we use

- Web Chat: tawk.to
- Video embeds: YouTube (click-to-play where possible)
- Security/backup: Backblaze (fully-encrypted)
We only share data with these providers to run our services. They are bound by contracts and can’t use your data for their own marketing.
Data retention
We keep data only as long as needed:
- RFPs & project files: generally 3–7 years (project/accounting records)
- Contact form messages: up to 24 months, unless a business need requires longer
- Newsletter lists: until you unsubscribe or we remove inactive addresses
- Analytics data: per the analytics provider’s retention settings (typically 14–26 months)
We’ll delete or anonymize data when retention periods end, unless law requires otherwise.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards (HTTPS, access controls, least-privilege practices, monitoring). No method is 100% secure, but we work to keep your data protected.
